I upgraded to the new firmware and it stopped after 25 minutes. No blinking or anything after 25 minutes. Checked the text file and said it wasn't complete. Reinstalled battery and now the Phantom just loud beeps. What should I do?

Try installing the firmware again. Follow these instructions:
