Electronic Invoicing and Payments

Any small business owners in here that can recommend apps/software to send invoices to clients and allow for online payment? I'd prefer to stay away from PayPal as much as possible to avoid the fees. For those of you that accept credit cards, which service provider would you recommend? I'd be looking for the little card reader to swipe on an iPad.

Try invoice ASAP. Has a mobile app and online. Allows payment from almost any credit card and the client pays the credit card fee.
