I recently found it necessary to purchase some server space to host interactive panoramas. I've tried uploading some of my videos and viewing them, but if I encode at 1080 29.97 I have major buffering issues. A 720P video plays fine, but loses resolution. Does anyone host their videos outside of YouTube or Vimeo, and if so how do you encode them?

Come on, I know there are a number of technophile videographers here. Somebody help! I'm using Plesk server if that helps...or not.

Yes but many of them are working and can't answer until later on or even a couple of days :)

If I seem a little impatient...I AM! I want everything NOW. You can imagine my frustration when I had to return my first two P4P's for mfg. issues. It took a solid month.
