DJI turn around time

Sent my Drone in to DJI. Gimbal went crazy after a hard landing. anyone have any idea how long their turn around time is?

I sent mine off Feb 18th. It was arrived on the 24th, but wasn't checked in until the 11th. Still sitting in repair queue today ;(

3-4 weeks is the current waiting time (normal repair). 14 days or less for escalated repairs

-experienced both.

I have heard anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months.

I had a call with DJI Europe, so German lady mentioned that it takes 15 to 20 days from the moment they receive the RMA.
