DJI Phanton 3 Advanced connection issues

Hello
I have not flown my DJI Phantom 3 Advanced for about 6 mos. I charged the battery and the controller and setup to fly and I cannot connect the app to the controller or drone. The app will open but not show any current info.
The green light on the controller is on as well as the green light on the side of the drone. Any ideas on how to fix?
Was working just fine prior to not flying. I also noticed when i started the app i had to sign in again and had to do another step in verification in the User Name Password and a generated passcode that I needed to enter to complete the sign in. Is this New sign in the cause of the problem?

Its working fine now
Think it had to do with my Tablet maybe something needed updating or maybe updated and should not have. I just put the tablet back to new specs and reloaded the app and it did not ask me for the 3rd type of passcode and it works.

Glad to hear that.
It was not a connection problem because you had green lights on both - RC and AC.
