I don’t think I’ve ever seen what you describe. Is it possible your country would accept just the owners manual?

The only way I know of to get a maintenance and service manual for a DJI product is if you are an authorized service center.
The only regular maintenance an end user gets to do is what is outlined in the User Manual. The Chinese are very protective of their intellectual property and the service manuals contain a lot of information they do not want published in the wild.

I assume you have gone online for a manual. Don't know what you are looking for, but Ebay has has some, probably aftermarket.
