DJI go4 app won’t recognize my account sign in?..

I got a new phone. The iPhone 8 and the DJI go for app won’t recognize my phone according to customer service. They told me to get a different device?? So I went to my iPad and download the DJI GO 4 app there and it still won’t let me sign in. Says it does not recognize my account. Any idea why?

No I checked it twice. Got it written down. ...it keeps asking me to downloads the new app
