DJI Go charging device.

So until recently - maybe a firmware update, more likely a GO update my phone didn't charge when connected to the RC. Suddenly it does. Is this happening for everyone or is something weird here with settings?

This is on Android btw - ios devices may be different.

Has it always charged? I've had two P4's, the first I'm definite didn't charge this way. The second I'm pretty sure it didn't.. but suddenly it does.

On another note, my replacement P4 (apparently the first had some 'quality issue') the USB cable was slightly off-white (very light grey) anyone elses?

I have a P4 and the original RC when turned ON it wakes up the Air 2 pad but the Inspire RC which I use to fly the P4 does not wake up the pad...
