DJI Care - not shown for Phantom 4 Pro

Has anyone signed up for DJI Care (not the Care Refresh) with their P4P drone? DKI does not show this as an option for buying DJI Care from their website.
 
DJI only offers DJI Care Refresh for the P4P.
