DJI app and levelling up?

Just a silly question guys.

In the DJI go app on iPhone it gives you a pilot level and you can rank up. My question is I've flown a fair amount of times now and it's not progressing does anyone have any ideas why this might be?

I gave up on that.... the app made me lose 12 hours of flights with their crappy updates. Then I realied on healthy drones....that didn't work as my litchi missions go out of signal and doesn't get recorded lol
