Did the futaba tx mod now there is an issue, need input

After modding the phantom, I checked the switches in the Naza software and all is good. But, when I fly it in GPS mode it acts like it has a hiccup on occasion and sometimes starts drifting and not staying locked onto its course. This only happened after the mod. I double checked in the software and when the switch I have set for GPS is up, the software says it is in GPS mode. But it flies erratic and only until I put it in atti does it smooth out. Ideas?

i make the modification to 12Fg nd got the same problems so i reset all my settings and get ATV AND END POINT TO 0 also SUBTRIM in zero i make several times the tx calibration not use the reverse from tx but form naza software and most important i find my gains works and get steady rock above 130 now i play at 140 gains and is stable and rock


also after 3 flights always calibrate naza via advanced calibration not quick

Most likely prob for that is center of movement is not green but black even in one channel cause your probs to et all green i do tx calibration 10 times
