Did the DJi 1.3.20 fix the FPV lag/crash and VPS issues?

For those who have experienced these issues since the release of 1.1.9 (FPV lag/crash) and 1.2.6/8 (VPS) and who are brave enough to try 1.3.20 along with DJI Go, let us know if these two issues have been resolved.
