You remove the white plastic liner and attach them to the bottom of the landing gear skids. They're supposed to provide extra cushioning in case of a crash.

What are these for ? In the box from new I don’t see any on the actual drone itself

They are the rubber dampers / feet for the bottom of the landing gear. 1 in each corner.
