Just wondering if indoor collision avoidance settings are different than outdoor settings? Is the processor smart enough to detect distance vs speed??

I've flown the P4P indoors and CA seems to work pretty well (obviously extreme caution and a good control feel is required -- no one should ever take a new Phantom out of the box and attempt to fly it indoors.) I would advise enabling beginner mode or tripod mode so the side IR sensors are active. CA will prevent you from entering very tight spaces like doorways and such though, should you be so brave and/or foolish.
