Cleaning Lens

Hi All,

I have managed some how to get a finger print on my lens its obvious when you look at the lens directly and can be seen on photos

I'm just wondering what other people have done in similar situations? Whats the best method / tools to clean the lens? Same as a normal camera lens?

Yes, same as for any camera. Guessing you are are talking about the UV filter (not the front lens element). It's not delicate, a good lint free cloth and optical cleaner.

Whats the best method / tools to clean the lens?

I always keep a lens pen (like this one) in my Phantom case. It's a nice, compact, all-in-one solution.

I prefer not to use the lens cloth. It tends to pick up dirt. Instead, I use the wet lens wipe the come packed in an individual foil pack. One time use and the do a good job of cleaning off just about anything. Pack of 20 is only a couple of bucks at any store like Walmart.

Yep thats what i use except it's made by polar pro good for cleaning the sensors as well

I'm a rebel and use baby wipes. Plus it keeps it smelling fresh and does a **** fine job on cleaning [emoji4]

My main worry was scratching but sounds like there are plenty of solutions out there!
