Can I fly in Class B and TFR as hobbyist

But being in "Aviation" means doing everything in your ability to mitigate risk.
Sorry, guess I got a little carried away, I'm definitely not saying that is the reason why the TFR is there, and definitely don't want anyone breaking any rules. Sar104 said that these companies have lots of ways that they keep debris from flying and posing danger, and it just made me think of that video that I saw. I am part of a family business that does construction, and I have seen how other people in the business have cut corners and created unsafe situations, the chances of something bad happening do seem to be one in a million, and I just thought it was funny thinking of how it would be very unlikely for a tiny drone in the air to be hit by flying debris, but I do worry about the people and property on the ground.

Sorry I guess I got off topic in the discussion.
