Camera Question

Trying to plan a waypoint mission on my 3week old p3s with dgi go app .After 3 waypoints the program shut down and the drone started to autoland. After about 4 days of dragging managed to snag it from 20 feet muddy fresh water Disassembled dried it out but the main board is fried.Question is if I try the camera out on my P3a
replacement if their is something wrong with the gimbal or camera is it likely to stuff my P3a A new p3s less camera about $300

The Standard and Advanced cameras aren't interchangeable.
