Cable phantom 4

Hi guys

I want to buy my first drone. I found someone who is selling his phantom 4, but i have my doubts.
One of the cable is loose (see picture). What is/was the purpose of this cable. Is there a problem with the drone? Should i buy it or not?

That is not a standard cable. It is an add on modification by whomever owns the aircraft. Possibly for power.

Ask the seller what the cable is for.

It is a complete package with the drone and controller etc. I understand that the cable is not going the be a problem so i am going to give it a shot. Thankss
