I modded my controller...
So I had a look inside the Stock antenna....
I Found a PCB patch "Panel"... Just like the ones in the legs!!
So I took a close look and seems they will FIT!!
I am Looking for the connections to the main now...
Hope they will just plug in..
If not, I will Solder in the old....

I am guessing... But, this mod will double the current db of the of the current BirdSide antenna of the PRO!!
3db to 6db + ??? (specs are hard to find . But I found a PCB one like the leg ones but with no cover.. It was 3db.. So I assume 6db+ on the ones for the transmitter...
I also see now that the Stock leg antennae are mounted in a linear fashion
and that they are Not directional... The Stock controller antenna will fit perfect!! And should be just about invisible lol

But I suppose the easy way is to just to solder in the mod??
Right at the PCB...
And if it is a complete FAIL... Then just get new...
DJI Phantom 3 Advanced ADV Drone - NEW Antenna Set (Part 3) | eBay
I need two more OEM controller antenna... I reckon they just get tossed...
Like I was planning to do I guess :( Cuz.. I can't find them...

So here is the start... I had to shorten the "New" board a little..
Just did the old tried and true "Rub it on the concrete" Method..
Worked great!! LOL
So it fit in nice :)
Also on the Birds legs there is a slot that is not deep enough (right @ the old antenna spot)
I will cut it out so the new one fits in...
But....
They do seem to be Double the "antenna" as far as size??
We will see if they are any help at all??

I am going to go for it!! Have got 4 of these antennas.from 2 P3A RC mods.one crashed bird from when a eagle had attacked it!! Could not find my bird that day then it rained for a week all electronics were wet and right off.but did find the P3.now used for parts.will post pics as I do this mod. thax kennethMcNutt for rekindling the idea.but the P3A with itelite max and wifi boosters.i have gone 14km with stock p3 antennas.this is not so easy todo but got to try.the first antenna is done this is really not easy todo..try not to melt the interior plastic insulation wire.i have no way of telling other then to test it.

Thinking u miss understand here this is a antenna mod upgrade!! Not the same as Oem parts.
Yes, I know. If you read the OPs post, he was looking for two more controller antennas to use on the P3. I was providing the link to the parts. He has two from his controller, he needs two more. I understand it completely.
