Sandisk recommends the Extreme High Endurance for our purposes.

There are lots of people using the SanDisk Extreme, Extreme Plus, and Extreme Pro memory cards. While the Ultra will technically work according to DJI's requirements, it only writes at 16MB/s. DJI is shipping a memory card that writes at 40MB/s with the Phantom, so I like to meet or exceed that spec when buying memory cards.

It's possible. It can also be caused by playing back the video on a slow computer (more so if it's 4K video).
