App timing out and closing

Im having an issue with the MJI app on my I pad keeps timing out and closing after trying to launch .

The home page appears then the ap shuts down on my I pad
On my I phone 6plus seams to work fine .
Has anyone out there had similar issues and is there a fix??

The first question that everyone will probably ask is which generation iPad are you using?
Then perhaps which iOS are you using on that iPad?
