Another Gimbal Issue

After running the updates, I have lost complete control of my camera. I ran the app and updated where I could. The next time I power up and everything seems to work fine. I go to the app on my phone and everything looks good, except when I try to adjust the camera position the camera goes from straight ahead to straight down.

I reconnected and ran the updates again, but no help. I can here the gimbal motor trying to run and have gently moved camera with power off thinking, I might have a blade of grass or something stuck. NOTHING

I have to think that this is the result of the updating. Any thoughts??

calibrate both bird and controller

I am having this very same issue, it's driving me crazy, I've tried updating everything and calibrating everything, but no joy.
It's rather annoying to say the least.

Right, I've just recalibrate again, my controller again on the RC assistant, then I calibrated the RC in the DJI assistant, calibrated X1 (pitch controller) and it has rectified the problem, just make sure the dial is at the bottom when you click to calibrate,
