Android mobile device problems

I have a Samsung S3 with Go 4 (4.0) working fine with new P4P. Does anybody know why won't my Galaxy tab 10.1 show a live view image from the camera when both are using the same version of android 4.4.2?

Unsure, but have you changed USB mode to see if another mode works?

Just tried but both options (MTP or PTP) are greyed out in tablet settings. It has defaulted to MTP on the tablet and the phone. i.e. same settings for both devices.

USB debugging enabled in developer options?

Try unplugging/plugging USB back in, and also the sequence of start up of drone/controller/device.

No luck with that either. Interestingly the tablet works fine with pix4dcapture and shows live view no problem.

Not so far. I'd rather not pay for something that might not work just yet!

Have you tried uninstalling Go, clear cache, reboot, re-install?

Hmm. Are you sure the android versions are the same? And that they're both still 4.4.2? There were some Android graphic library changes just after that that could be the culprit. Not sure how to resolve it unless you can upgrade the problem device to at least 5.1.1.
