When I started flying my P2V+ I downloaded an app to my Nexus. Now I want to switch to a Samsung device but that particular app is no longer available. Is it possible to move the app from one Android device to another?

you can download the app from DJI's site. http://www.dji.com/product/phantom-2-vision/download It's an APK file. You may have to allow install of downloaded files outside of google play. Had the same issue, but I'm up and running with this work around.
If it's a 3rd party app, you'll have to get the APK file from somewhere. or you can try this: http://www.wikihow.com/Extract-APK-File-of-Any-App-on-Your-Android-Phone
