How can I make my radar and altitude function work right? when my Phantom is facing West the radar shows it facing South-East, the altitude shows 13ft. when in fact it is just sitting on a table. The one little arrow should always be pointing North. Thank

you for any help you may give.

Try the following (in this order):

1) Calibrate the IMU to resolve the altitude issue.

2) Calibrate the compass on your Phantom to resolve the radar issue.

3) If #2 does not fix the radar issue, then try calibrating the compass on your phone/tablet. You can do that with Apple's compass app or one of these apps if you're using an Android device:

Do them one at a time and evaluate in between to better understand the needed fix(es).

Let us know too.

The app says " this phone does not have a compass sensor. Compass functions will be disabled in the program." Is this why my compass is off in the DJI APP?

What kind of phone are you using?

It seems the compass is not functioning on your Tab 4. Maybe try looking into resolving that issue first.

this is what a GPS App said "The app says " this phone does not have a compass sensor. Compass functions will be disabled in the program." My Tablet does not have a compass sensor. I am curious if I am the only one using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, 7"???

Per the DJI manual:
"If your mobile device contains a compass, the top portion of the Radar is the direction you are pointing. If not, the radar will be oriented due north."

consider trying one of the alternative apps?

I don't believe the 'dji ultimate flight' app uses the phone compass: it relies on a big 'H' in radar screen giving your direction to home instead. I actually much prefer it to trying to coordinate the two changing things in the dji app....
