Hi guys have got a question about altitude, if you do a compass calibration at a high point namely a road on the side of a deep valley and you fly off this road over the valley and the **** hits the fan and a return to home initiates, does the drone return home at the hight you did the compass calibration or does it go down

Return to Home height is not affected by compass calibration. Your Phantom recognises your take off point as zero, and will always climb to whatever height you have set in the GO app before returning.

If RTH height is less than your current altitude, you will stay at your current altitude on a RTH.
