Alternate apps

Is there a list somewhere that breaks down the alternate apps for the P2V+? Also, I have concerns of using one, even though I know many others do. It's not a DJI product, and it worries me that this could possibly cause issues in flight that the DJI app didn't. Has anyone had issues with anything like this?
