Almost lost the drone ... compass error?

a steel ship moving in the earth's field distorts the field by the back emf generated in it's hull by that moving, so my advice is - stay up high!

Get very close and you might notice some effect but there's no problem at this sort of distance:

Took it over the fields, did a compass calibration. Flew it for about 5 minutes all seems okay, fingers crossed.
