hi again after a gps loss and a auto land.i decided to buy a new version gps module. i took it into my gargen(quite a big open space) i had only 3 sats even after 10 mins.so i boght some copper tape and layered it in the top.took it back out to same spot and got 9 immed and then after 1 min 12sats.i havent flewn it but went back out today same spot and only 3 sats again.all i did was turn off and put in the case and took it back out again.why has it again lost sats???

Different day. Different sky and conditions. Sometimes I have to wait 3-4 minutes to find satellites and in some instance when it doesn't I power off and back on an for who knows why it finds them on the reboot. Give it a try. Power off and back on an see if you get any change.
