activating p4 issue

i bought a new never activated p4, completely new in box. i have a p4p that is my primary craft. i am attempting to activate the P4 and everything goes ok until it get to the end and says confirm your account and the the process stops. i can log into the DJI site with my account. what am i missing? iv never ran into this issue before. thanks for any help

i guess i should have posted i resolved the issue, not real sure but i think it was something to do with the dji site.
now, as far as to why i bought this one
