Hi guys, so does anyone know the difference between the 9443 and the 9450 props? Do we get more flight time with the 9450 prop? Thx

The difference is the pitch of the props with the 9450 having increased thrust and lift. I use both currently but I use the 9450 almost all the time and will go back to the 9443 after they break.

Hey Beario,
Have you seen the genius/idiot thread? Yorlik has posted some mind boggling data... :confused:

No I haven't was that posted today? I search around to find it.

Ok but i am asking wich are the best props for the fc40. Do we get more or less flight time with the 9450 props?

Sorry to disappoint you FC, but I'm afraid that will be a point of discussion and controversy for some time. In my world, both are better than the 8050. At this point in time, I say the 9450 Thrust Boosted E300 is my prop of choice.

If you pay $10 for a set of props, you're going to get $5 worth of crappy plastic props.
I've had great experiences with DJI props. I have purchased 1 set of $10 props and they are very thin and do not produce the same lift as DJI props.

Most of what you hear here is opinions. That's what this post is. :p

I went out this morning and tested 3 sets of props this just to see what the hubbub is all about. I was using multistar 4000 batteries

TESTED:

DJI 8045 props
DJI 9450 props
Carbon fiber 9443 balanced

Times:

DJI 8045 props---------------------------------> 16 minutes 12 seconds to descend
DJI 9450 props---------------------------------> 17 minutes 37 seconds to descend
Carbon fiber 9443 balanced-----------------> 18 minutes 49 seconds to descend

This is my experience with props where I am. I got the 9450 DJI props because everyone was raving about them, but they do not give longer flight that the carbon fiber props (that are balanced). Everyone has their choices, but for me I will either use the DJI 9450 for general flying or carbon fiber 9443 props for shooting video. This subject is not going to rest anytime soon I think, but I'm going to use whats proven for me.
