I have my 333 petition ready to go with the exception of a flight/operations manual which it seems like other applicants have included (but you don't see exhibits on the list of approved operators)... The best info I've seen online has been an outline of sections to include. Are there any templates out there that I can see to have an idea of what I should include? And... Is the manual even required with the petition?

I included the manufacturers manuals (links) in my submission.

I was meaning more like a company procedures manual vs. the manufacturers manual... With info such as how you're going to log flight information, log repairs, etc.

I didn't include those items. I got mine at the end of 2015.

I do however have those items and complete them monthly and submit the required report to the FAA.

I am also looking for an operations manual or a template for one. I have looked online
without success.
If anyone knows where I can find an example or template for one that would be great.
