I watched this video a couple days ago. I've been a Mark Rober subscriber since the glitter bomb. My girlfriend and I are looking to moving to Rwanda for retirement.

I guess they aren't too concerned about low flying manned aircraft traffic in Rwanda, but still represents a danger. The drones appear to be made mostly of styrofoam material and I suppose may not do much damage in a collision.
