Honestly fireworks don't help when the other half puts fire fighters next to the lipo! Always keep them in a fire bag outside, defo treat with full on respect as of now, you hear the stories just never think it could be you.

In the video it shows the battery puffing right out of it's jacket. Wouldn't that be your 1st MAJOR clue to shut down the power & remove the battery outside immediately?

It is interesting to watch. How did you manage to get that lipo to overcharge and catch fire?
In all my years with RC boat, car and plane, I never get the urge to video my battery charging

Beats me why anyone would deliberately over-current a lipo. Just to make a video clip?!

I did shut it down before that point but it was so volatile I didn't want to touch it
