Now you can fly in the winter rains , no down pour is to much for the New Phantom Rain suits.

We got thru it all this year and the new color scheme is all Black . . The Symbol on the drone matches the silver gloss on the DJI logo , nice.

We posted the videos of what Phantom Wet Suits can do for you,
How it can protect your drone while flying thru any adverse weather you can think of.

You get the black and white version ( Orca ) or you get the all in Black ( Eclipse ) the Phantom Rain Wet Suit is a game changer for the Phantom 4 series of drones to take on new adventures .

Worried about rain drops , just keep you camera pointed down at a 75 degree angle or more and that should give you some great footage of some of the best storms, no rain in means no rice needed.

Rain X can help also and so can just flicking you camera down to remove drops.
What you capture is epic footage .

We are on high alert to capture any storm come are way , for future videos you can check out our website .

We filmed 26 minutes in a torrential downpour without a glitch , no rain in, no rice needed.

When last note; Even though the drone does not float with the new Surge Ring it slows the intake of water down giving you every possible chance of getting that drone out of the water.

One of the reasons why the Phantom sink so fast is that they flip over on there back and with the New Surge Ring it stops that from happening so fast.

Enjoy

This was the last storm that was uploaded to the site.
When filming in the rain you want to keep your camera pointed 75 Degrees of more unless you are in sport mode and you can pitch the drone down as you go forward .

Rain X does a really good job at keeping the lens clear enough to capture some great videos .

How do you stay cool?

The only thing that we needed to seal air tight was the battery, That was the priority, none of the other vents with the exception of the top pro vents are closed, the rings on the bottom do not seal , they are creating a shelf for the water to run off of the drone instead of sliding down the drone .

Because the vents are not shut off , heat is not an issue the goal was just to keep the water out of the drone.
