"Windows detected a problem..."

Short version: shot a bunch of video on a brand new SanDisk UHd card.

Plugged bird to computer, turned it on, get message saying: "Windows detected a problem with this drive Do you want to scan and fix it now?"

Being the trusting idiot I am sometimes I acknowledged. And promptly apparently bricked the card and footage.

Now every time I plug in to transfer job photos, my other cards are saying the same thing, to which I now respond NO. Then they load fine and transfer.

What did I miss? Is P4P file system format nonfriendly to Windows?

Formatting in the Phantom or on your computer should make no difference.
Rather than trying to transfer via a cable and having the Phantom turned on, go to ebay and buy a card reader for a couple of bucks.
It's much faster and simpler for transferring your images.
Just pull the SD card, put it in the reader and put that in a USB slot on your computer.
