Will not power up or charge new batteries

My p3standard will not power up or charge the brand new batteries .what can I do?

1) Did your Phantom ever power up before?
2) How many batteries do you have?
3) Are you using OEM DJI batteries?
4) What happens when you press and release the battery button quickly on each battery?
5) How are you attempting to charge the batteries?
6) What happens when you try to charge the batteries?
7) Is there anything else important we should know?
