I know some do not read the news ... and some news is just media hype ... but really ...

Ever since photographs could be taken - its been a tool of the terrorist ..... some of the infamous spies of US and UK history used photographs in their work. No need for examples ...

Why do rules get made ? is it because some person has a bad day at the desk ? Or could it be that an incident or possibility of incident creates the need for the rule ?

It might have been that his drone was mistaken as a UFO. He was probably being pursued by an X-Files team (Mulder/Skully.)
