White video screen

Hello

When I take my phantom 4to the Park I get a white screen in the DJI App. There is no video feed . The maps do track my progress. Also white pictures and video.
. When I am home inside everything work good.

Not to make light of the issue, but the Phantom is for the most part a photography platform. You need to know a few basic things about exposure, and so forth to get your images correct. Auto settings will only do so much if you don't adjust the exposure somewhat. I am pretty sure you have video feed with a white screen. A black screen could be another issue.
