Which is better still photo or screen capture from 4k

Which is better a still photo or a screen capture from 4k. My still photos don't appear to be as sharp as screen captures. Does that make any sense....or is it just me?

I think you may be right on that. In my case I find the screen shots just as sharp, or sharper than the RAW camera pics. Not sure why that should be the case, though an uncropped DNG from my P3P is 3992x2992 pixels, and a screen shot on my 27 inch iMac Retina 5K is 5120x2880 pixels, giving the edge to the screen shot. I believe the pixel count on the monitor will be an important factor. Anybody else have any ideas on this?
