Which gimbal?

Hi all,

With all the fuss over the 2D and 3D gimbals... which one do I buy?

I have a P2 - but want to go FPV with a Gimbal with Go-pro etc.. the usual route.

But, I like the idea of the rear plug on the 2D but love the idea of the 3D stability (when it works).

Which one do people recommend, based on the problems encountered, what with snapped ribbon cables and horizon not being so horizontal ?

Between the two and I've had both - the 3D. The ribbon cable/plug is a small hinderence

I have no experience other than the Zenmuse H3-3D. Happy from day one, no problems with horizion, jitters etc. It is more sensitive to imbalance than the 2D though if you go against their recommendations about not adding any filters etc. I have done so and balanced the 3D with no strain on the motors so it can be done.

Tidy.. thanks for the replies

Probably going to get the h3-3d version... I can live with the ribbon cable issue.
My concern was with the jitters and other abnormal motions.

I believe the new production ones have gone back to the non ribbon cables and plug in to the back just like they used to.
