When to calibrate VPS sensors?

When do you guys calibrate the VPS sensors? I just received my new P4P, I updated firmware, did a cold IMU calibration, planning on doing a compass calibration out in the field tomorrow, but I'm confused if I should go ahead and calibrate the VPS sensors through dji assistant or not. What's your opinion? Thanks ahead of time
