Ive never timed it...but with a Nexus 7 and no mods, and its just a few milliseconds off....not enough to notice really. Of course range and obstacles like trees can interfere. Its fine for quality compared to the other video downlink options. You can also use HDMI adapters for certain type goggles for FPV.
