Just got my Phantom 3 today...flew it one time. Did a firmware update and am getting "Signal Lost" flashing in red.....everything else seems to be ok.

Did the firmware update complete? Try turning everything off...wait two minutes, then turn on. Remember that if you have multiple batteries each of them needs to have the firmware updated on.

Yes. When you start the DJI Go app with a new battery it'll have you update the firmware on it.
