What material is the gimbal made from???

I'm wondering what material the the gimbal is made from?
And still trying to find out if the Tx Ch7 tilt can still be used?

no idea on the material,. but I'm 100% sure you would be able to tilt it down in flight using the Tx 7th Channel.
