Using Litchi for a Waypoint Mission on CrystalSky. Plan was to manually launch and upload the Mission at close to Waypoint 1 altitude. Started the motors and applied some stick whereupon the drone lifted slightly, all four motors shut down and it flipped backwards landing upside down. The props were stopped when it hit the ground so there was no damage. I ran the Mission later that day it performed flawlessly. That time I hit the Play button to start Auto Takeoff.
Looking at the very short log, it indicates Mode changed to Assisted Takeoff. I definitely did not engage Auto Takeoff, and I've manually taken off before uploading a Mission with no issue. I've attached the flight log. Thanks in advance for any input.
Edit: I should mention I've been flying Phantoms since 2015 and have never had anything close to a tip over.
