weak signal

I fly my 4 pro very conservatively but do need to go further than 1500' away yet once I hit approximatley 1600'-1700' I consistantly have signal loss even though I am in wide open space with no obstructions or radio interference. Any ideas or insights, envirodiver... [email protected]...

Is this complete signal loss or only video feed?

Join the club Envirodiver. Many P4 Pro and Advanced owners including myself suffering the same problems. DJI offered the sage advice that maybe my antennas are oriented wrong. They are not. Too many reports of this happening for it not to be a firmware problem in my opinion.
