Which app allows the user to rotate the camera/ phantom while an ongoing mission is on route?

Manual control while the drone is flying a routed mission is what I'm looking for. That's DJI GO right?

When I flew the Litchi waypoint, I was barely able to move the camera. This was set at pretty much stock settings, so how do I rotate left and right while the phanton is still on route with litchi?

Go to Mission settings and set 'Heading' to manual and gimbal control to 'disabled'. Both are then controlled from the RC.

Litchi can definitely do manual control of camera during flights but as you know manual control will not produce smooth effect that you can do it with automatic.
