Walkera g-3d 3 axis on Phantom FC40 - pitch doesn't work

I just received the Walkera g-3d 3 axis on Phantom FC40. I have it connected to but cannot get the pitch to work. I've tried many combinations of attaching the wires to the Naza board, but the gimbal will only roll, not pitch. Has anyone else come across this?
