Any one with this issue? Every time i film something, i have to rotate the image a little bit to get a flat straight image.

Not sure but maybe....
Go in the DJI APP > Settings > turn off FPV.
FPV locks the gimbal to the phantom.
Turning it off locks the gimbal to the horizon.
To check, just rock the phantom and look at the camera. It should be dead still with the horizon.
